Dolciastro.COM - About

Dolciastro.com was purchased on June 17, 2008. Intricate-life.com was originally my blogging site but a forum now resides in it’s place. When I was trying to come up with a domain name, I wanted it to be something that described me as an individual since it would be a personal blog site. At the same time, I wanted it to be unique. As with a lot of other things such as my aim and yahoo screen names, I looked to other languages. That’s when I came up with Dolciastro. It means sweetish in Italian. I absolutely love the name and this shall be a domain I will have for a long time. This domain consists of my personal opinions and many other things that I may choose to put here at a later date.

Registering for Dolciastro.Com

Signing up:

  1. Your registration must be approved by me before you can log in.
  2. I will not hesitate in deleting or declining anyone.
  3. Will give you access to my private entries, obviously.

Reasons why I may decline or delete your registration:

  1. You have never commented on any of my entries. While this may not seem like a big deal to you, I find it to be suspicious that someone who has never commented on an entry would want to register for my private entries.
  2. Your email address looks strange. In this case, I may mistake it for spam and decline your registration.
  3. I may not have deleted or declined you, but your registrationg may remain in queue until I figure out who you are.
  4. I previously accepted your registration but you have failed to update your profile or comment.
  5. I may not want you to have access to my private entries.
  6. I may have declined you because I am unaware of who you are, even if we’re acquainted. In this case, it means I may not recognize your email. Which is why I emphasize updating your profile.
  7. You have not read any of this and proceeded to register anyway.
  8. You have not respected the confidentiality of my private posts.

My intentions are not to be a bitch but I’m a very private person and I prefer to keep certain things within a certain circle of people. I’m cautious and skeptical about who I decide to accept because there are people that I don’t want to share my private business with who may try and register under alias names or suspicious email accounts. If you think I may have deleted or declined you in error, don’t hesitate in sending me an email informing me of who you are and I’ll get back to you at my earliest convenience.
